I tried to order but something didn't work

Here are the most common problems we hear from customers and the solutions for each:

Couldn't locate the order button - usually this is usually because on mobile devices the video can expand to full screen and cover the order button. Exit the full screen video and you should see the button. You can also try access the page on a desktop or laptop computer instead. If you are still having trouble please use the contact us button on this page to ask for help.

Payment Error on the checkout page - if your card is declined for any reason, unfortunately that is not something we can fix on our side. Cards can be declined for many reasons, so the best thing to do is call your bank and ask why the decline happened and find out what you need to do to fix it. 

Email or Address Error on the checkout page - we verify that an email address and mailing address are correct during the checkout process. Please double check what you have entered to make sure it's correct. If it is correct but the page is still giving you an error message, then use the contact us link on this page to ask for help. Please include the name and email you used for the failed order.
