Upgrade to order didn’t go through
Sometimes the initial purchase will be successful but an upgrade to your order can't be processed. This can be due to not enough money being available on the payment card or it can be due to a bank declining the purchase for some other reason.
If you run into this problem, the best thing to do is to log into the members area using the password that we sent you in the welcome email. Inside the members site you can find the product that you wanted to purchase as an upgrade, and purchase from that page using a different payment card.
