Have not received my product/package/order
When you order, you will receive access to the product online through our members site AND a book shipped to you through the mail.
For the mailed package:
The Credit Solution Program usually arrives within 3-5 business days after you place your order. We ship all of our orders through USPS Priority Mail.
When your product is on the way, the warehouse will send you an email with a tracking number. Click the tracking number to see exactly where your package is, and when you can expect it to arrive.
Please allow up to a full 7 days for delivery. If you do not receive your order after 7 days, or you have any other questions about shipping, please contact our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the Contact Us button on this page.

The welcome email sent to you immediately after purchasing contains your password. If you can't locate this email, just use the forgot password link found on the login page to reset your password.
